Chose this hotel primarily on basis of location and decent hotel for an affordable price. Exeded our expectations! Staff were welcoming and professional. Rooms serviced properly every day. The mini bar included in the price, was just the right balance of beer,soft drinks juice and water! Tea (a variety )and coffee (fresh ) were also available inthe room with milk substitute.We took advantage of the bath robes that were offered. We didn't opt to have breakfast every day as we were out and about most days and felt that at 26 euros per person,we would struggle to get full value from it. We did enjoy it on the one day we did partake, a very extensive buffet with lots of choices. There was complimentary coffee available in the lobby! We ate in the restaurant two evenings and felt the menu was somewhat limited but goodquality. Overall we were very happy with our choice and would stay again if we returned to Munich at some time in the future.

Can visit again and again. Liked service. Helpful Staff . Nice Veg Food. .

Best Location Near Main Rail St. Near Marine Platz. Best Staff. On reception Rayna Mia Alex Thomas and Mathew . All can speak English. Mathew provided many Information. Avoid road facing and lower floor room. Sumptuous Breakfast. Veg too.

The staff are exceptional the food was excellent in the restaurant easy walking distance into the old town really appreciate the staff so helpful We were within walking distance to some great restaurants go off the beaten track the train station nearby

The location is very near to HPF and convenient. Walking distance to most touristy locations. However, there is a casino nearby. The neighborhood can get a bit rowdy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very quiet, even though it is just beside the street. The mini bar with apple and orange juice are free is really a great gesture. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The spread with bacon, 3 types of eggs , breads etc are wonderful. The room is spacious, but the management should provide (1) more benches to place luggages (2) more coat hooks (3) sliding door for the shower (4) new mattres (5) bathroom entrance door should swing the other way around to provide more space in the toilet.

Housekeeper stole my airpods but not the case and changed the pin on my luggage. When I complain about it to the reception the Chinese man was very rude to me and didn´t listen to me, he was on side the housekeeper. But I called the police and they helped me. Some people should not be on the front desk or in service work. I would never stay at this hotel again. So rude and I could not trust the housekeeper
